These terms apply to this website and to the software products of Meshit Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd ("Meshit", "we", "us"), including Meshify, Meshtack, Housing Society Club, VyaparSamiti and related apps (the "Services"). By creating an account or using a Service you agree to them. A signed agreement for a custom project takes precedence where it differs.
1. The Services
We provide software as a service on subscription, pay-as-you-go (prepaid wallet) or one-time terms, and build custom software under separate written proposals. Features and plans are described on each product's website.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or act for a business that has authorised you.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law, or send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
- sell prohibited goods, or upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights;
- upload photos of real people without their permission;
- attempt to breach security, overload the Services or access other customers' data.
Messaging through WhatsApp must also follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Fees and payment
- Subscription fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle; GST is added as applicable.
- Pay-as-you-go features (such as AI Studio or rank checks) are charged from a prepaid wallet when used.
- Prices may change; we give notice before a change applies to an existing subscription.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Your data and content
You own the data and content you put into the Services. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Services. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The software, designs and trademarks of the Services belong to Meshit. For custom projects, ownership of the delivered work is set out in the project agreement.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Services available and supported at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Meshit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the service
You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On closure you can export your data within the notice period given.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
