Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by writing to us. It stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have paid for and does not renew after that.
Subscriptions
Once a billing cycle has started, its fee is not refunded.
One-time payments
One-time payments are refunded only for a double payment, a technical failure that stopped the service being activated, or non-delivery of the service.
Prepaid wallet top-ups
Wallet balance is used for pay-as-you-go features such as AI Studio. A failed AI generation is not charged. Unused balance is not refundable, except in the cases listed for one-time payments.
Custom projects
Payments for custom software follow the milestones and terms in the signed project proposal.
How to request a refund
Email support@meshitsolutions.com within 5 days of the payment, with your registered phone or email and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
