Meshit Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd ("Meshit", "we", "us") runs this website and a family of software products, including Meshify, Meshtack, Housing Society Club, VyaparSamiti, Schools.ind.in and related apps (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact details — name, email, phone number, business name, address and GST number.
- Payment information — processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store full card or bank details.
- Content you add — products, orders, customer lists, messages, photos and documents you upload to a Service.
- Usage data — device and browser information, IP address, pages visited and logs, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Enquiries — what you send us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
2. How we use it
- To provide, run and support the Services you sign up for.
- To process payments, subscriptions and invoices.
- To send service messages — OTPs, order updates, alerts and billing notices — by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer enquiries and provide customer support.

We send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Data our customers hold about their own customers
When a business uses our Services (for example, a store on Meshify or a WhatsApp inbox on Meshtack), the data it stores about its own customers belongs to that business. We process it on the business's instructions, only to provide the Service. Questions about that data should go to the business first.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the Services — hosting, payments, messaging (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), email and AI providers — under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with access controls, encryption of sensitive fields and regular backups. We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to support@meshitsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how our websites are used. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
